What data we collect

• Data you send us through the forms (contact and demo, quote, service): name, company, VAT number, email, phone, country, your message, the products you chose and any attachments.
• Technical browsing data: the hosting provider automatically logs data such as IP address, date and time and requested page, for security and to run the service.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your requests, prepare quotes, arrange demos and service visits: pre-contractual and contractual measures you requested (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax rules, if you become a customer (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• To protect the site from abuse and spam: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not turn into an order are kept for up to 24 months. Customer data is kept for the period required by law (10 years for accounting records).

Who we share it with

With the providers that help us run the website and email, appointed as data processors: the website hosting and forms service (Netlify, Inc., USA) and our email provider. Transfers to the USA rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For shipping and service we may share the necessary data with couriers and with the manufacturer ETEC.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@voxelium3d.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
